The transaction involved IBM's acquisition of Txture GmbH, an Austria-based software company founded in Innsbruck in 2017. Txture specializes in helping enterprises migrate, modernize, and optimize their hybrid cloud estates. By integrating Txture into its Consulting Advantage platform, IBM aims to strengthen its leadership in hybrid cloud transformation and accelerate value creation through Txture's automation and recommendation capabilities.
