"Trench Rossi Watanabe advised IDB Invest and FMO on a $56 million investment through agribusiness receivables certificates (CRA) backed by Rural Product Financial Notes (CPR-F) to finance soybean producers in Brazil's Cerrado region. The transaction, aligned with socio-environmental commitments under the Responsible Commodities Facility (RCF) program, was dual listed on Vienna MTF and B3, adhering to IDB Invest and FMO's social, environmental, and integrity policies."

Trench Rossi Watanabe advised Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest), the private sector arm of the IDB Group, and Nederlandse Financierings-Maatschappij voor Ontwikkelingslanden N.V. (FMO), a Dutch business development bank, in a significant investment transaction. The transaction involved the subscription of agribusiness receivables certificates (CRA) backed by Rural Product Financial Notes (CPR-F), with a total issue value of US$ 56 million. The financing was aimed at supporting soybean producers in the Cerrado region, linking credit to socio-environmental commitments established by the Responsible Commodities Facility (RCF) program, managed by SIM – Assessoria em Investimentos Sustentáveis. The issue was dual listed on Vienna MTF and B3 and was structured in compliance with the social, environmental, and integrity policies of IDB Invest and FMO.
