"Mercado Pago Servicios de Procesamiento (MPSP), part of Mercado Libre's financial ecosystem, issued Additional Series 2 Notes worth USD 46.1 million, maturing in 2026 with a fixed annual interest rate of 4.98%. The issuance, advised by TCA Tanoira Cassagne and placement agents supported by Bruchou & Funes de Rioja, received strong credit ratings and was authorized for listing on A3 Mercados and Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos. The transaction involved the issuance of Additional Series 2 Notes by Mercado Pago, denominated and payable in U.S. dollars, with a maturity date of June 1, 2026. The total issuance amount was USD 46,149,220, with a fixed annual interest rate of 4.98%. The issuance received strong credit ratings: A1+(arg) from FIX SCR (an affiliate of Fitch Ratings) and ML A-1.ar from Moody’s Local AR ACR. The Notes were authorized for listing on A3 Mercados and Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos. MPSP, part of Mercado Libre’s financial solutions ecosystem, operates as a Payment Service Provider in the acquirer category, focusing on payment processing and card transaction settlement.
