Advestra advised Matterhorn Telecom, the parent company of Swiss telecommunications provider Salt Mobile, in connection with the financing supporting the company’s acquisition of a controlling interest in Monaco Telecom. The transaction involved the issuance of EUR 550 million senior secured notes due 2030 and the establishment of a new EUR 130 million term loan facility under Matterhorn Telecom’s existing senior facilities agreement.
