Global law firm Freshfields advised Cicor Technologies Ltd. (‘Cicor’) on its recommended cash and share acquisition of TT Electronics plc (‘TT Electronics’), a UK-based provider of engineered electronics for performance-critical applications. The transaction, valued at £287 million, involves Cicor, a globally active provider of full-cycle electronic solutions listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, acquiring TT Electronics, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange. The deal is expected to complete in the first half of 2026, subject to TT Electronics’ shareholder approval and regulatory conditions being satisfied.
