The transaction involved Tecno, a renowned Italian design company founded in Milan in 1953 by Osvaldo and Fulgenzio Borsani, known internationally for its innovative and high-quality furniture for workspaces, public, and collective environments. The operation led to the entry of new shareholders into Tecno's capital, including Fondo Salvaguardia Imprese, promoted by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy (MIMIT) and managed by Invitalia, which acquired a 44% stake, and HNF Società Benefit, which acquired a 46% stake. The historical shareholder DAcademy retained a 10% stake. This new corporate structure aims to support Tecno's relaunch and growth, marking a significant step in the company's reorganization and development, with a focus on consolidating and expanding its presence in international markets. The transaction was also supported by a banking agreement, with PwC acting as financial advisor. Campa Avvocati provided legal assistance to Tecno, with a team led by partners Massimo Campa and Marina Pirovano, covering all legal aspects related to the entry of new shareholders and the corporate reorganization.
