Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati assisted Cavagna Group, through its subsidiary Repco, as the acquirer in the transaction, while Oiltech was assisted by Studio Legale Vicari and Belluzzo International Partners. Cavagna Group, an Italian company with a global presence, has taken a further step in vertical integration by acquiring 100% of Oiltech, a company specializing in process engineering within the petrochemical, oil, and gas sectors. The legal team from Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati was led by equity partner Massimo Di Terlizzi, supported by associate partner Clarissa Galli and associate Giovanna Rossignotti.
