CBA Studio Legale e Tributario assisted Sogedim, while DWF supported Raben Group in a transaction involving the acquisition of the Air&Sea business unit. Sogedim, an independent operator specializing in land, sea, and air shipping, acquired the Air&Sea business unit owned by Raben Italy, part of the international Raben Group, a key player in the transport and logistics sector. This strategic transfer, marking a significant step in the industrial development of both companies, will become effective on November 1, 2025. The CBA Studio Legale e Tributario team assisting Sogedim included Daniele Landi (partner, corporate), Francesco Marotti (senior associate, corporate), and Gianvito Riccio (partner, labour).
