Chugh Universal Legal, Vertices Partners, and Jerome Merchant + Partners participated in the transaction, assisting Berar Finance, Abler Nordic Fund V KS and First Bridge India Growth Fund, and Amicus Capital, respectively. Berar Finance Limited raised ₹150 crore in a Series B fundraise led by Abler Nordic, with participation from First Bridge India. Amicus Capital, Berar Finance's first institutional investor, made a partial exit during the transaction. The fresh capital will be utilized to deepen Berar’s two-wheeler financing presence and expand its secured MSME loan portfolio. The transaction involved the following lawyers: Vinayak Burman (Founder and Managing Partner, Vertices Partners), Vikrant Anand (Partner, Vertices Partners), Nishant Singh (Principal Associate, Vertices Partners), Nishtha Khandelwal (Associate Manager, Vertices Partners), and Srishti Singh (Associate, Vertices Partners).
