Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co acted as the legal advisor to Shoden Developers Private Limited, a part of the House of Hiranandani Group, in relation to its acquisition of property at Andheri, Mumbai. The transaction involved the acquisition of a land parcel measuring approximately 1 acre, along with a commercial building located in Andheri, Mumbai. SAM provided legal assistance on all aspects of the transaction, including conducting title due diligence of the property, as well as drafting, negotiating, and finalizing the transaction documents. The House of Hiranandani Group plans to develop a premium commercial tower on the site with an investment of approximately ₹500 crore, offering a total leasable area of around 4,00,000 sq. ft.
