The transaction ensures the preservation of the gynaecology practice in Kressbronn as part of the insolvency proceedings for MVZ Tettnang GmbH. Dr Maren Münster, the resident gynaecologist, will take over the healthcare centre’s statutory health insurance contract for the relevant services and continue operating the practice at its current location from January 2026. This agreement guarantees the ongoing provision of medical care for patients in Kressbronn and the surrounding area. The lawyers involved in the transaction were Mr Steffen Beck and Mr Florian Martin Schiller from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH, who handled the insolvency proceedings for MVZ Tettnang GmbH.
