Kirkland & Ellis is advising a consortium comprising Centurium Capital, Temasek, and True Light in their proposal to delist ANE (Cayman) Inc. from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The transaction involves a scheme of arrangement that values ANE, a leading express freight network operator in China’s less-than-truckload market, at approximately US$1.84 billion on an equity value basis.
