Latham & Watkins and Karatzas & Partners represented the banks involved, including Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Jefferies, and Citizens, while Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson and Kyriakides Georgopoulos advised Intralot's largest shareholder, Bally’s Interactive. The transaction involved the issuance of EUR 600 million fixed-rate notes and EUR 300 million floating-rate notes, both due in 2031. The offering was highly successful, attracting orders exceeding EUR 3.5 billion, which is more than four times oversubscribed. This issuance is expected to further strengthen Intralot’s capital structure, particularly in light of its acquisition of Bally’s International Interactive in the UK.
