The transaction involved the establishment of Marmara Holding, a newly incorporated company, which had its shares admitted to trading on Borsa Istanbul at the time of incorporation. The spin-off was approved by the Capital Markets Board on July 23, 2025, registered with the Trade Registry on September 10, 2025, and Marmara Holding shares commenced trading on September 16, 2025.
