In a recent transaction, Dentons advised CGI on its acquisition of Comarch Polska, while Greenberg Traurig represented Comarch. The acquisition, which is still subject to regulatory approval, aims to enhance CGI's expansion in Poland and the public sector. Upon completion, the deal will result in over 460 professionals joining CGI, increasing its workforce in Poland and the Baltic States to approximately 1,500.
