The transaction involved the divestment of Sodra Skogsagarna Ekonomisk Forening's Latvian and Estonian forest holding companies, which encompass approximately 153,000 hectares, to Ingka Investments for a total value of EUR 720 million. This sale is part of Sodra's strategy to focus on managing member-owned forest properties in Sweden and is currently pending regulatory approval.
