Venture SGR, a management company specializing in the promotion and management of closed-end reserved investment funds dedicated to venture capital investments. The transaction aims to create an integrated platform capable of covering the entire value chain of innovation, from acceleration to the enhancement of scientific research, and extending to the more advanced stages of venture capital. Zest's entry into the capital of Eureka! Venture SGR is also a precursor to the launch of new venture capital funds, the inclusion of new professionals in the investment teams of the company, and the strengthening of the SGR's capital base, particularly in view of future consolidation operations with other sector operators.
