"F4 Holding Acquires Telme to Strengthen Presence in the Pastry and Gelato Machinery Sector"
"Telme, a manufacturer of machinery for pastry shops, ice cream parlors, bars, restaurants, and hotels, has been acquired by F4 Holding, owned by the Faelli family. This acquisition is part of a strategy to create an independent national operator in the growing gelato and pastry sector. Telme, established in 1987, generates 85% of its revenue from international markets and recently developed a new line of soft yogurt machines. The company reported over 11 million euros in revenue for 2024 and employs around 40 people. Various legal and financial advisors assisted both parties during the transaction."
