"EY Studio Legale Tributario Supports Piemonte Region in Energy Performance Contract for Public Building Renovation"

**Press Release Summary** EY Studio Legale Tributario assisted the Regione Piemonte in the preparation of legal documentation for the open procedure for the mixed concession of the energy performance service (Energy Performance Contract - EPC) aimed at the renovation and energy management of 21 public buildings belonging to the municipalities of Alpignano, Lanzo Torinese, and Rivalta di Torino, as well as the National Research Council (CNR) and the National Institute of Metrological Research (INRiM). This initiative represents the first of a series of procedures to be launched under the European Gasless project, co-financed by the European Union through the LIFE program, which aims to promote energy efficiency in the public sector and disseminate best practices and public-private partnership (PPP) models based on the awarding of energy performance contracts (EPC), where the remuneration of the economic operator is directly linked to the energy savings actually achieved from the implemented interventions.
