NautaDutilh and Skadden participated in the transaction, assisting ONWARD Medical N.V. with its EUR 50 million accelerated bookbuild offering. This transaction is notable as one of the first to utilize the new options introduced by the Listing Act, allowing for a short information document instead of a full prospectus, thereby facilitating capital raising for listed companies. The proceeds from this offering will primarily be used to further develop the ARC IM System, an investigational device aimed at stabilizing blood pressure in individuals with spinal cord injuries.
