This agreement allows for successive sales of existing shares of ABL Diagnostics, initiated by ABL SA, and includes a share loan mechanism with a term of 24 months. This follows a previous transaction announced in August 2025, where ABL SA sold a block of ABL Diagnostics shares to Alumni Capital.
