"Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Limited has successfully raised ₹1,326.126 crore through an initial public offering (IPO) involving an offer for sale by its promoters, Canara Bank and ORIX Corporation Europe N.V. The IPO was advised by AZB & Partners for Canara Robeco and ORIX, while JSA Advocates & Solicitors represented the lead managers.
