"AG has assisted Skandrenting AB in extending a significant lease agreement with Mycronic AB for their headquarters in Täby. The lease covers approximately 15,000 square meters, including office, research and development, warehouse, and production spaces. The property, named Instrumentet 1, has a total area of about 22,000 square meters and was acquired by Skandrenting in 2016. The work was led by partner Johan Gadd and associate lawyer Alexander Göthlund Issjö."
