Advania Expands AV Solutions with Acquisition of Visuell Teknik

In the recent acquisition of Visuell Teknik by Advania, the law firm Vinge provided legal assistance to both parties involved in the transaction. Advania, a provider of workplace and collaboration services, has acquired Visuell Teknik, a Swedish company specializing in audiovisual and meeting technology solutions. This acquisition enhances Advania's capabilities to deliver integrated AV solutions to enterprise and public sector customers across Sweden, while also integrating Visuell Teknik’s expertise in modern AV environments into Advania’s broader digital workplace offerings.
