Dillon Eustace Advises Alantra Group on Launch of Alantra Debt Umbrella ELTIF ICAV

"Dillon Eustace has successfully represented the Alantra Group in establishing the Alantra Debt Umbrella ELTIF ICAV, which includes the initial sub-fund, Alantra Real Estate Debt II ELTIF ICAV. This sub-fund aims to generate positive returns by financing European companies involved in real estate ownership and operation. The Dillon Eustace team was led by several partners and associates from their Asset Management & Funds division, with additional support from their Taxation Team."

Dillon Eustace acted for the Alantra Group in the establishment of the Alantra Debt Umbrella ELTIF ICAV, which includes the initial closed-ended sub-fund, Alantra Real Estate Debt II ELTIF ICAV. The transaction involved the creation of an umbrella ELTIF aimed at generating positive returns by financing European companies engaged in the ownership and/or operation of real estate assets. The Dillon Eustace team comprised Brian Kelliher (Partner, Asset Management & Funds), Benedicte O’Connor (Partner, Asset Management & Funds), Daragh Cullen (Senior Associate, Asset Management & Funds), and Lena Creedon (Solicitor, Asset Management & Funds), with additional support from the Taxation Team led by Richard Lacken.
