In a significant transaction, Pestalozzi advised Coca-Cola HBC in its acquisition of a 75% shareholding in Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) from the Coca-Cola Company and Gutsche Family Investments, while Schellenberg Wittmer represented the selling parties. The deal, valued at a combined purchase price of US$2.6 billion, establishes an equity value of US$3.4 billion for 100% of CCBA.
