"Alma LED has assisted CDP Venture Capital SGR in a Series C funding round for Tretau, a European company developing patented solvent-free magnetic wire technologies for electric motors, transformers, and generators. The funding round was led by T2Y Capital and included participation from existing institutional and industrial investors. This follows CDP's previous involvement in Tretau's Series B round in December 2024. The legal teams from both CDP and Alma LED played key roles in the transaction."

Alma LED assisted CDP Venture Capital SGR on behalf of the Corporate Partners I funds – IndustryTech and EnergyTech compartments, the MiSE Co-Investment Fund, and the PiemonteNext Fund – Compartment Two, in the Series C round promoted by Tretau, a company active in Europe in the development of patented technologies for the production of solvent-free magnetic wires intended for motors, transformers, and electric generators. The Series C round follows CDP's participation (also assisted by Alma LED) in the Series B round closed in December 2024 and was led by T2Y Capital, with participation from institutional and industrial investors already present in the company's capital, including Finindus, MITO Tech Ventures, Syensqo, and Santander Alternative Investments. The legal team from CDP Venture Capital included Alessandro di Gioia (responsible) and Francesca Galetti. The Alma LED team that handled the transaction comprised M&A partners Marco Nicolini and Andrea Piermartini Rosi, with support from senior associate Marco Rosato.
