The team included partners and associates from both CMS in the Czech Republic and Sweden, emphasizing their commitment to sustainable infrastructure and the energy transition."

CMS and CMS Wistrand participated in the financing of the Delta Ange battery energy storage system (BESS), assisting PPF banka a.s. and Ånge Storage Solution AB, with Delta Ange Holding s.r.o. acting as the parent company. The transaction involves the financing of a 70-MW/160-MWh battery storage facility located in Ånge, Sweden, which is set to become one of the largest energy storage sites in Scandinavia. This project, strategically positioned near significant renewable energy projects, aims to enhance grid flexibility and support the integration of renewable energy sources. The CMS team was led by Petra Mysakova, Partner and Head of Banking & Finance in the Czech Republic, along with associate David Bujgl and lawyer Matej Eberle. The CMS Wistrand team in Sweden included partners Kristofer Selvin and Hendrik Kangasmuukko, as well as associate Irma Fricke.
