The transaction involves Aurlane acquiring Allibert, which has faced significant challenges in recent years, including difficulties in the finishing sector of construction and a decline in consumer spending. Following its placement into judicial liquidation in July 2025, Aurlane aims to preserve Allibert’s historical identity while revitalizing the brand and expanding its product offerings, particularly in the bathtub segment. This acquisition is part of Aurlane's strategy to strengthen its position in the European bathroom market and is expected to lead to a 10 to 15% increase in overall revenue as early as next year.
