Fund VI has successfully completed its first closing with commitments totaling €400 million, making it the largest single VC fund in Finland and one of the largest in Europe. The advisory team included various partners and associates from both the Investment Funds and Tax departments."

Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Lifeline Ventures, a Helsinki-based venture capital firm, in the establishment of its sixth fund, Lifeline Ventures Fund VI SCSp, as well as its first Luxembourg fund. The transaction involved Lifeline Ventures successfully holding the first closing of Fund VI with a total commitment of €400 million, making it the largest single VC fund in Finland and one of the largest in Europe. The Elvinger Hoss Prussen team included Partner Joachim Cour and Senior Advisor Jingquan Li, along with Associates Leïla Khane and Valeria Lopez Saez from the Investment Funds department. Additionally, Partner Nadège Le Gouellec and Associates Grégory Papadopoulos and Yunji Cho from the Tax department also contributed to the transaction.
