Sify Announces ₹3,700 Crore IPO with Legal Support from Leading Firms

In a recent transaction, three law firms participated in advising on Sify Infinit Spaces Limited's proposed initial public offering (IPO). Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Sify on the IPO, while Trilegal acted on behalf of the Book Running Lead Managers (BRLMs), which include JM Financial, CLSA India, JP Morgan India, Kotak Mahindra Capital, and Morgan Stanley India.
