In a recent transaction, JSA Advocates & Solicitors represented Parkway Healthcare, an entity of IHH, in its divestment from the PET-CT joint venture with Apollo Hospitals. Following this exit, Apollo Hospitals has gained full ownership of the PET-CT business.
