L Catterton Invests $30 Million in Healing Hands Clinic to Expand Consumer Healthcare Services

"L Catterton has invested approximately $30 million to acquire a minority stake in Healing Hands Clinics, a specialty clinic focused on treating constipation, piles, hernia, and preventing lifestyle diseases. The investment aims to leverage L Catterton's global expertise in consumer healthcare to support Healing Hands' expansion beyond its current 36 clinics in 14 cities. The transaction was advised by TT&A for L Catterton, while CMS INDUSLAW and Vritti Law Partners advised Healing Hands Clinic and its founders, respectively."

In a recent transaction, the law firms TT&A, CMS INDUSLAW, and Vritti Law Partners played significant roles. TT&A advised L Catterton on its investment, while CMS INDUSLAW represented Healing Hands Clinic, and Vritti Law Partners provided counsel to the founders of Healing Hands Clinic. L Catterton has invested approximately $30 million to acquire a minority stake in Healing Hands Clinics Private Limited. This investment will enable Healing Hands to leverage L Catterton’s global expertise in building consumer healthcare businesses and support its expansion plans beyond its current network of 36 clinics across 14 cities. The transaction team from TT&A included Sachin Mehta (Partner), Punita Gupta (Partner), Garvita Mehrotra (Managing Associate), and Associates Shubham Gupta and Sangita Sharma. CMS INDUSLAW advised Healing Hands Clinic, while Vritti Law Partners represented the founders of the clinic.
