TT&A advised L Catterton on its investment, while CMS INDUSLAW represented Healing Hands Clinic, and Vritti Law Partners provided counsel to the founders of Healing Hands Clinic. L Catterton has invested approximately $30 million to acquire a minority stake in Healing Hands Clinics Private Limited. This investment will enable Healing Hands to leverage L Catterton’s global expertise in building consumer healthcare businesses and support its expansion plans beyond its current network of 36 clinics across 14 cities. The transaction team from TT&A included Sachin Mehta (Partner), Punita Gupta (Partner), Garvita Mehrotra (Managing Associate), and Associates Shubham Gupta and Sangita Sharma. CMS INDUSLAW advised Healing Hands Clinic, while Vritti Law Partners represented the founders of the clinic.
