Kirkland & Ellis advised Incline Equity Partners, a private equity firm, on the successful closing of a single-asset continuation fund. The transaction, which was announced on October 21, 2025, closed with approximately $300 million in capital commitments and involved the acquisition of indirect interests in Accredited Labs, a national provider of calibration and repair services for mission-critical test and measurement equipment and instrumentation.
