Ellex, a law firm, advised Swiss investor Bayard Capital in its investment of over EUR 10 million in OOD, an Estonian company known for its innovative mirror house concept. This transaction values OOD at EUR 23 million pre-money, with shares priced at EUR 2,028, which is approximately 60% higher than its last trading price on the Funderbeam platform. Following this investment, OOD will exit the Funderbeam platform, allowing existing investors to reinvest their proceeds directly into the company.
