The transaction involves the sale of the Czech and Slovak divisions of Business Lease Group to KBC Group’s CSOB Leasing entities, with a deal value of approximately EUR 72 million. The transaction is subject to antitrust approvals in both countries, with closing expected in Q1 2026.
