LBF Partners has advised RWE Turcas Guney Elektrik Uretim in their EPC contract with Sega Solar for the development of a 20-megawatt-peak solar power plant. The transaction involves the construction of a photovoltaic facility that will be integrated with the Denizli Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant, allowing the solar power plant to connect directly to the plant’s internal consumption point to meet onsite energy needs and enhance overall generation.
