"Clifford Chance has provided legal advice to NEPI Rockcastle for its EUR 500 million green bonds issuance, which is listed on Euronext Dublin. The joint lead managers for the issuance include Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Erste Group, HSBC, and ING.
