The transaction involved a significant investment by Oxy Capital, highlighting the growing interest in the seafood industry in Portugal. This strategic acquisition is expected to enhance Oxy Capital's portfolio and strengthen Brasmar Group's market position. The PLMJ team was led by Duarte Schmidt Lino, partner and co-head of the corporate M&A practice, and included lawyers Rita Pereira Jardim, Beatriz Veiga Santos, and Valéria Correia Ferreira from the same practice.
