In the recent transaction involving SFC Energy AG and Oneberry Technologies Pte. Ltd., global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer advised SFC Energy AG, while TSMP Law Corporation provided counsel on Singaporean law. SFC Energy AG, a listed provider of hydrogen and methanol fuel cells, acquired a 15% stake in Singapore-based Oneberry Technologies through a capital increase. This strategic investment aims to enhance SFC Energy's presence in Asia and integrate its fuel cell solutions with Oneberry's AI-powered security systems, facilitating the development of low to zero emissions surveillance and monitoring solutions.
