The transaction signifies a strategic turning point for the Xelians Group, which was established in 2018 following the merger of Locarchives and Archiveco. As the leading French company in document management and archiving, Xelians employs nearly 800 staff and operates 33 archiving and digitization sites both in France and internationally, along with three data centers. This operation, which does not involve a new financial sponsor, allows the management to increase their equity stake and directly steer the Group's future growth.
