"European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Provides €9.1 Million Loan to Serbian Smart Meter Manufacturer Meter & Control"

"Gecic Law, in collaboration with CMS, has facilitated a EUR 9.1 million loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Enterprise Expansion Fund II to Meter & Control, a Serbian manufacturer of smart energy metering systems. The funding will aid in the company's production expansion and automation, supporting green-transition goals. Perovic Law advised Meter & Control on the transaction."

Gecic Law, in collaboration with CMS, advised the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Enterprise Expansion Fund II on a EUR 9.1 million loan to Meter & Control, which was also advised by Perovic Law. The transaction involves a loan aimed at supporting Meter & Control, a Serbian manufacturer of smart energy metering systems and software, in its production expansion and automation efforts, aligning with green-transition objectives.
