Wenger Vieli advised the shareholders of N-Dream, a Swiss company known for its in-car gaming platform AirConsole, in their sale to KPIT Technologies, a specialist in software-defined vehicle development. As a result of this transaction, KPIT has increased its stake in N-Dream to nearly 90%.
