"The law firm Dentons has assisted Fidelity International in the listing process on the ETFplus market of Borsa Italiana for two actively managed ETFs: Fidelity US Fundamental Small-Mid Cap UCITS ETF and Fidelity US Fundamental Large Cap Core UCITS ETF. These funds aim for long-term capital growth through systematic selection of high-potential U.S. stocks. Dentons handled the legal aspects of the listing and regulatory relations, led by partner Alessandro Engst, with support from senior associate Federico Atorino and trainee Niccolò Mauro."

The law firm Dentons assisted Fidelity International in the listing process on the ETFplus market of Borsa Italiana for the shares of the Fidelity US Fundamental Small-Mid Cap UCITS ETF and Fidelity US Fundamental Large Cap Core UCITS ETF, issued by the Irish investment company Fidelity UCITS ICAV. Both funds are actively managed and aim to achieve long-term capital growth through a quantitative and systematic selection of high-potential U.S. equities. The Fidelity US Fundamental Large Cap Core UCITS ETF focuses on investments in large-cap companies comparable to those included in the Russell 1000 or S&P 500 indices, while the Fidelity US Fundamental Small-Mid Cap UCITS ETF invests in U.S. mid and small-cap companies, with the goal of generating outperformance relative to the S&P 500 (Total Return Net Index) and the Russell 2500 Net of 30% Tax Index, respectively. Dentons handled the legal aspects of the listing and offering process, as well as the relationships with regulatory authorities, with a team led by partner Alessandro Engst, and including senior associate Federico Atorino and trainee Niccolò Mauro.
