The law firm Cappelli Riolo Calderaro Crisostomo Del Din & Partners assisted Torre SGR with the structuring, legal due diligence, and contract negotiations. The operation was led by CEO Diego Freddi, with support from fund manager Marianna Caserta and legal head Gloria Ceccarelli."

Torre SGR, through its Opportunità Italia fund listed on the MIV segment of Borsa Italiana, entered into a definitive purchase agreement for a fully leased office complex situated on Via di San Basilio, with various tenants. The legal team from CRCCD was led by partner Alessandro Vespa, supported by senior associate Isabella Fascì. In Torre SGR, the entire process was overseen by CEO and General Manager Diego Freddi, with involvement from fund manager Marianna Caserta and legal officer Gloria Ceccarelli.
