NautaDutilh acted as lead counsel to Lender & Spender in the Mila 2025-1 B.V. transaction, a true-sale securitisation of a 12-month revolving pool of Dutch consumer credit. This transaction involved the issuance of over EUR 300 million in notes and garnered strong investor interest, resulting in placements with a broad and diverse group of investors. This transaction follows Lender & Spender’s first securitisation, Mila 2024-1, which received the 2024 Annual Securitisation Award for its excellence and innovation in the market, with NautaDutilh also serving as lead counsel for that inaugural deal.
