In a recent transaction, the law firm Khaitan & Co participated by advising Lighthouse Advisors India Private Limited in a fundraise involving Hunger Inc Hospitality Private Limited. Hunger Inc has successfully raised ₹220 crore through primary and secondary investments from Lighthouse India Fund and DSG Consumer Partners. The funds will support the operations of popular brands owned by Hunger Inc, including 'The Bombay Canteen', 'O Pedro', 'Papa's', 'Veronica's', and 'Bombay Sweet Shop'.
