Latham & Watkins LLP represented Ampliform in a loan facility transaction with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP). Ampliform, a Pennsylvania-based developer of utility-scale solar facilities, announced the closing of a loan facility of up to US$165 million with CIP, through its Green Credit Fund I (CI GCF I). The legal team from Latham & Watkins LLP included New York partner Kelly Cataldo, who led the project finance team, along with New York partner Warren Lilien and associates Deborah Ogali and Mariana Ferez, who provided advice on project finance matters. Additionally, New York partner Eli Katz and associate Jacob Nagelberg offered guidance on tax matters.
