"Miranda & Amado advised BofA Securities, Goldman Sachs & Co, J.P. Morgan Securities, and Santander US Capital Markets in the issuance of Banco de Crédito del Perú's 5.650% Subordinated Notes due 2037, totaling USD 500 million. The notes were issued under Rule 144A and Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act and the deal closed on October 15, 2025.
