Eversheds Sutherland acted as the sole legal adviser to Boparan Private Office (BPO) in its investment in the business and assets of Roberts Bakery. The transaction involved BPO's investment following the filing of a notice of intention to appoint administrators on 6 October 2025, which safeguarded over 430 jobs and secured the future of the historic UK bakery brand. A new entity, Roberts Bakery 1887 Limited, was established to facilitate the investment and support the ongoing business.
